Find Your Truth

What Can Coaching Do For You?

An elegant woman with brown hair in a white blouse stares thoughtfully out her office window lost in her imagination
A tired, young asian man works mindlessly at his office desk examining documents, overworked, uninspired

“partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”

The International Coaching Federation, or ICF defines coaching as:

I believe that lasting, impactful change happens in a community, even if it is a community of two. I also believe many people feel more engaged in their lives if they feel and see they are making progress: towards a desired goal, outcome or an overall sense of life satisfaction.

Coaching is a dynamic, forward-focused, conversation-based professional service that helps clients discern their innate clarity, direction and process.

My Coaching Philosophy

Ask Yourself

Do you need to make a decision?

Two POC workers examine a white board pondering a big decisiono

Do you need to plan for a major life change?

Traveling, a young adult male crosses the brooklyn bridge into Manhatan wearing a backpack

Has a crisis left you feeling lost about what to do next?

A woman sits on her couch at home looking lonely, sad and anxious
A chess board, the player contemplates their next move

Is there a goal or dream eluding you?

Are you unclear or confused about where to focus your attention and energy?

A compass in the woods, two opposing paths

Does work/personal life balance seem impossible?

Is there a project you want to do, but are avoiding?

POV, a man sits at a typewriter surrounded by books writing his first novel

Are you struggling to focus?

POV, White adult male sitting at an office desk, glasses and blue dress shirt, holds his forehead in distress

Are you in transition?

A newly retired senior couple sits on pier playing guitar near a lake
POV, an asian american mother smiles as she tries working at her laptop from home with a young toddler.
A mid thirties caucasian male sits on his couch in a beautiful home surrounded by moving boxes
A young blonde asian man and artist paints on a colorful canvas with wild abandon

What is exciting about coaching is watching clients remember and reawaken their own innate creativity, inspiration and problem-solving skills. Coaching finds people where they are and empowers them to move forward, not recycle outdated habits or try to explain by looking backward.

A shiny silver ball sits in an empty gray room, light shines from above

There are many benefits of coaching. It is powerful to have a safe space to explore ideas and possible solutions, and to have a thought partner affirm our efforts, acknowledge our struggles, keep us accountable and witness our progress. It is even more powerful when your thought partner can be objective, and does not need anything in return - unlike friends, family members, partners and co-workers who are looking for mutuality.

Old Stories Fall Away.

New Ones Are Written.

I find most people really do know what to do, when to do it and how, as long as they are given a space to explore it.

What are your big questions?

Bring them to coaching and let’s see where it leads...
